About the Doctor

Dr. Otto is proud to be the longest continuously practicing orthodontist in Roseville, the “Big City” of Placer County. He and his excellent staff are dedicated to creating outstanding smiles for his patients, using the latest technology available. Dr. Otto has also become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and has been published and cited in leading orthodontic journals.
